2026 Phoenix Film Festival Kids’ Day!

Saturday, April 11, 2026

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

A day of fun for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors!

Join us for a hands-on intro to filmmaking at the 2026 Kids’ Day

The Phoenix Film Foundation knows that the best way to get more women in the film industry is to get more girls interested in filmmaking. As a non profit, the Phoenix Film Foundation’s aim is to educate the next generation of Arizona filmmakers. That’s why we have partnered with the Arizona Cactus Pine Girl Scout Council for our Kids’ Day event with special activities and a Girl Scout patch for completing all of the stations!

Cost is $10 per Girl Scout.
Chaperones are required to attend with troops, but there is no additional charge for chaperones or parents and they do not need to register separately. Troops that are interested in participating can register below. You can select entry times in the form below to see how many spots are still available for each entry time. Payment is due upon registration and there are a limited number of spots available at each time. This is a self guided experience for each group. One of our amazing check-in volunteers will provide each Girl Scout with an activity station list. Your group can go through the activities in whatever order you like and collect stamps at each station you visit. Please plan for approximately 90 minutes to make your way through all of the activity stations. Once you complete each station, stop by our Girl Scouts Activity Station for an extra, exclusive activity and to show your completed activity map to receive a special Phoenix Film Festival patch!

  • Registration entry times are staggered every hour starting at 10:00 AM.

  • Final registration entry time is 12:00 PM to allow enough time to complete activities.

  • Limited spots are available for each entry time.

  • Due to limited number of spots for each entry time, registration fees are final and non-refundable.
